Any app for vibrate toggle?

Since black update didn't bring the third toggle in the volume bar for complete silence, any apps that I can pin the toggle for vibrate, to the start screen

why do u need a toggle for vibrate? its just there on screen. push any volume key, and just press "ring+vibrate" in right upper corner, it changes to Vibrate.

or u mean to say, u want to put off vibrate?

You know you can turn off vibration in settings then when you turn the volume all they way down it goes to silent.

Of course you can.

However, you should also be able to go directly to Silent All without having to go through the settings just to turn the vibrate off.

Something that I hope comes in 8.1.

yep im in agreement with this request, the resent app quite hours is great but cannot control the vibrate function (which is really annoying at 3am when i receive an email)
