Auto reply text / SMS app?

Is there a WP8 app that auto replies to received texts? It seems obvious to me that if someone doesn't reply to a text, it is because they are busy or occupied. But I have certain friends who don't make this seemingly obvious connection and feel like sending 10 text after the initial one (as if somehow that will generate a reply even if 1 text didn't).

Not currently because it is impossible to intercept incoming SMS for third pary apps. That could change after the WP8.1 reveal in April.
