hey,when i play games like turbo my 520 gets hot on top of the phone,this hurt the phone?

By top do you mean the touchscreen or the back cover's top? The heating of the back cover is quite normal unless it feels burning to your hand when playing graphics intensive games. I too have it on my Lumia 520 sometimes.
