    Let's see it:

    Hardware:
    RAM: 2GB
Inches: 4,3" (I know that's way too small for lots of you, but, did you think lots of people want a smaller device? That's why Sony released a smaller Z1, and Lumia 920 is the maximum for me)
Resolution: 1080p or 720p (who cares)
Similar to 620 but a bit thinner (9mm)
    Front camera: 2,5Mpx
Rear camera: 20Mpx, or 13Mpx if so.
    Removable battery.
    Qualcomm Snapdragon 800.
    2300 mAh of battery.
    AMOLED ClearType.
And all the things you would need like NFC or 4G, or even out-screen buttons.

    Name would be Lumia 840?

Software... What could I say others did not?

snapdragon 800 is older 801 gives far better performance.
multitouch should also be added upto 3-4 fingers support.
every other phones are having 20mp cam so i suggest 25MP (primary) 5mp(secondary) :P
ram should be 3GB or more.

Notice it's not the high-end (83X)... And the fact Windows Phone doesn't need that much.
