These phones should get more storage space solutions that don't require an internet connection or a computer. Maybe like a wireless flash drive kind of deal. It's nice having great cameras and apps but that's meaningless when you don't have the storage to support them.

Yes! The internet isn't free, fast, dependable, or even exist at all, everywhere! We need local storage of our data that syncs to the internet, when it can.

Whilst I have unlimited internet access with my contract I do agree that local storage is a very valuable and underused commodity. Phones should really be shipping with 128 gig nowadays.

Hell, there's no practical reason they shouldn't have 500gig solid state drives by now.

Isn't some nfc hook up device possible. A 1tb blue tooth drive. Sure its not gonna be fast, but there's very little need for high speed transfers.

I agree! One of my biggest gripes with my Lumia 920 is the fact that it has no expandable storage. And I continuously have to empty my photos, limit music and delete things off it regularly. If only the 930 had an SD card slot. Would've been perfect.

    I won't buy a phone without a SD slot.
