Fifa 14 in app purchase

I want to unlock all features in the game. But whenever i try to purchase anything it says store is unavailable or you have connection problem but i have a working wifi network and even a 3g data plan. Sometimes i get an error that purchase can't be made try again later. Tried 10-20 times till now. Anyone have any solution for it?

4 days have passed no one on this forum has solution for this?
On EA website there is no portal for windows phone i guess they know that they have fifa 14 in windows store
