1. Fhotoroom - just a great, all around editor PLUS the community part is more photography focused than Instagram.
2. Fantasia - crazy powerful stuff. I love that you can "paint" effects to specific parts of the image.
3. Adobe PhotoShop Express - thus kicked Nokia Creative Suite out of 3rd place on my list. It is great for quick fixes.
