According to evleaks, there is going to be a 1525 on T-Mobile. Would you consider it? I have an unlocked 1520 on T-Mobile, but may seek out and get the 1525, so that all bands are supported

I am so ready to get this! Just yesterday I sid to a friend that I was going to jump ship and get the 1520 on AT&T, and then this. So happy. Now I just need a release date. This has made my year. Anyone want to buy a lightly used 925😊

I just got my 1520 two months ago. I really hope it's not something more than a carrier variant like the 521.

Those phonearena specs are ridiculous. But the model number begs the question, how will this improve upon the 1520. My guess is screen resolution or processor. I don't think there would be a benefit to more RAM. A metal chassis would be awesome, but that's a lot of work I'd imagine.

Edit: So those specs came from an old @nextleaks rumor. Why would phonearena publish that junk?

I have a 925 on T-Mobile and I have been dying to get the 1520.3 but just paying $630 up front is way too much. If there really is a 1525 coming out tmobile I would love to get it, but what about the Mclaren????? I mean Mclaren is also coming to tmobile but would you rather get the mclaren or 1525? I'll just have to see what the specs are myself and I guess I'll decide then. What would you guys most likely choose, McLaren or 1525?

The "1525" is supposedly just a carrier variant of the 1520 to fill a device gap while the McLaren is a latest-and-greatest hero device. The choice appears to be simple.

Even though the 1520 hasn't been out long, I really hope the 1525 bring the snapdragon 801 and Qi wireless charging.

I thought the SD 801 would be a given. I really think this has a lot to do with the screen sensitivity issue. My theory all along has been that it has something to do with the way parts of the hardware interacts with the SD 800.

BTW, don't you remember which US carrier was supposed to get the green 1520? I presume it might be actually the 1525!
Aaaaa, I want a green shell for my 1520 =\

Finally!!! TMobile will have a high-end WP device. Like my L925, but really want something like the 1520, so I'm hyped that a 1525 will come soon. I guess I'll wait to make the "Jump."

1520 isn't the only phone with screen sensitivity issues. 1020 has the same issue. Many non Lumia's have it too. Price you pay for these newer high sensitivity screens.
