Evening all, I'm looking for a good Starting Strength app that will do the following:
1) Automatically calc the next session's weights.
2) Will allow me to modify a routine, i.e. substitute an exercise for what is listed due to things like injury.
3) Will let me see what the next workout will be comprised of and weights calculated.
4) A minimum of touches to the app to record workout accomplishments, i.e. I don't want to have to swipe and go back and go forward to different screens to record my progress.
I've tried a few (Liftbook, Gymbook, Gym Buff, . All have something missing. The one that comes closest to what I am looking for is 5x5 Strength, but there are a few things about it I would change.
