HD Photo Viewer

I am having trouble getting HD Photo Viewer to work with the email account I'd like to use with it. It is a Microsoft Organizational Account--not a regular Microsoft account. I'm using smtp.office365.com, 587, and SSL as the email settings, but I get an error every time I try to send a photo at full resolution using those settings. Is there something in Exchange Online that prevents this from working? If so, is there a SAFE way to allow just this?
