I've recently noticed that there is lots of apps that cost money but they just are web wrappers to mobile sites of the real application

For example, look at Facebook. It's available for free. However there is lots of money-stealing applications that just redirect to the Facebook mobile site.

Yes, a pretty despicable way of earning some money. Just report the apps to Microsoft inside the Windows Phone Store (bottom of the "Details" page) and let them sort it out.

And the store's search algorithm is all bonkers. It pushes some really good apps ways down, and junks to the top. While viewing an app if I go to related section, the apps there are anything but related. Microsoft really needs to sort out it's Store. There are some fantastic apps, but it's very hard to discover them.
