Hi!
I just wanna share my concept on the split-screen (snap view) feature on windows phone. I took the functionality from Windows 8.1, and it seems like a pretty neat feature to add to the windows phone as well.
This can be accessed in the app switcher by tapping-and-holding the second app:

With the second app on hand, you can either position it on top or bottom of the current app:



You can drag the split-screen to adjust the size of the apps, very similar to that found in the desktop OS:

The options bar at the bottom will be that of the last interacted app. And the apps can be dismissed/separated in the app switcher also.
