Hey guys,
So, I think it's time that BlackBerry jumps ship. They should continue to make BB10 devices, but those should just be focused on business users.
If they do this, what new OS should they choose? iOS is out of the picture - of course - and Android would be the popular choice, but I think Windows Phone is the right home for BlackBerry. Here is why.
Android is a tough ecosystem to Crack. They might be able to make some money from Android - but security would be a huge concern for them.
With Windows Phone, security is built in. Of course not perfect, but there is a reason we don't have a huge number of anti virus apps.
And Microsoft is all ready a perfect fit for business users, so BB and Windows Phone makes even more sense. And if I was BB I would ask Microsoft if they would allow them to switch out the keyboard for the new BB10 on screen keyboard. It would be a big exclusive for them, and it's probably the only keyboard that is better than Microsoft's.
What do you guys think?
