MSN apps keeps turning off background usage

Most of the MSN apps (at least sports, health and food) keeps turning off the background usage on the battery saver app every time I opened them, it doesn't matter if I put the options to be always on as soon as I open the app it automatically turn off again therefore keeping the tile stuck.

Does anyone has the same problem or knows how to fix it?

This is interesting. When I get updates the app turns the background task on which I don't want.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the apps?
