Cant install the tetra lockscreen app.

im unable to install the app. It says developer has not made the app available in your area or your phone is not updated to the latest software. I live in India With l625 Running cyan windows Phone 8.1.1
My region is India and phone language is set to English(India).
Although speech of set to UK English

Change region to US. I'll do just fine. Install it. Then revert to India.

But for the app to work you need to keep regional settings to US (not region, just regional settings, like currency, time format,...)
