    Does anyone know if Winter Sports which is up to vs 3.5.5 is meant to supercede Winter Ski and Ride? UI's are slightly different, and frankly I prefer Winter Ski and Ride, but when I use it mapping is no longer capturing my tracks. WInter Sports seems to work.

    If anyone has comments or experience with these two apps I would appreciate it.

    Sorry i don't have an answer for you, but i like to ski as much as i can. I use only Winter ski and Ride, which is a sub app of the main app - Elan skis (also free). You will see they look the same. I use the second one and i am quite happy with it. I live in EU and most of the ski resorts are included, you can also see conditions, open slopes, etc... Not sure how it works outside Europe.
