Strange app named Keeper that I don't remember installing. Help!!

Has anyone had problems with an app called Keeper? I found this apps in the apps list, and I don't ever remember downloading it. I tried to uninstall it, and it got stuck, and I got a "restart needed" message. After I restarted, the app is still there and now there is no uninstall option when you press and hold. Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of it, or has anyone had this problem? I'd prefer not to backup, because I don't even know how long this app has been on the phone.

Seems like malware, which I've never experienced on Windows Phone.

It's a password manager that is installed by default on some phones. My 635 had it.

A reboot should fix uninstall issues. I uninstalled it. Oh, I notice you tried a restart. Try again?

Not malware, but I'm not saying keep your passwords in it either

Change the phones date to 2400 or something far, far way, open the App and you will probably be prompted to uninstall it, do it and then change the date back.
