how to recover my viber error account?

before the few day i put more message in my viber. then automatically deactivate my account. after i try to register many other number but i received the error result. please help me.

Please what do i make a mistake? my viber cannot re-register my regular number which is <edit by moderator>.
My work is almost directly related with viber.
Please help....!!!!!

Do NOT post your phone number on open forums, for your own protection.

STOP cross posting your issue all over the forums. Stick to this thread. All other are being deleted. Do NOT repost.

Try this:

1) Uninstall viber
2) Go to storage Sense and clean temp files (do it even if it says 0KB)
3) Wait for sometime and reboot device
4) Make sure you are connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Data)
5) Download Viber from the Store (again)
6) Try re-registering again


Do the above only if:
1) You are on WP8.x and WM10. There have been reports of Viber not working on WM10
2) Check if you're not having network issues for the SMS to arrive
3) Try after a couple of hours since it may be a service outage (applications do get outages on weekends due to maintenance cycles). If the problem still persists reach out to Viber support
