I Have an new Intel celeron N2840 with turbo boost

according to piriform specy it does have hypertherading, but it's disabled.
i can't find anything in the BIOS.

Acording to ARK intel it doesn't have turbo boost and hyperthreading.

But how do you explain why my CPU is max 2,16 GHz and i seen speeds of 2,6 GHz with no overclocking?
