My Cursor Is Unstable After Windows 10 Installation
After installing Windows 10 on my machine the cursor keeps acting like it periodically is installing something, missing keystrokes. For a fraction of a second each time, it cycles and then goes back to the arrow. This on-off behavior of the cursor happens every few seconds. When I move the cursor, it cycles as it moves - very annoying and clearly not right. It's doing something because it's missing keystrokes as I type, often missing the first keystroke or not recognizing the spacebar, whether I'm in Edge or Explorer or Word or whatever. Anyone know how to stabilize it?
