Lumia 735 vs Lumia 640?

I was just wondering overall, which Windows phone is better; the Nokia Lumia 735 or the Microsoft Lumia 640? Thanks in advance.

I'd probably look seriously at the 735 due to Zeiss lens on the rear camera, 5Mp on the ffc and Qi charging... Your criteria might be different.

I think they're somewhat on-par, with the smaller differences being the tiebreakers. (e.g. Qi on the 735, glance on the 640, battery, size, etc)
