Capacitive or on-screen

The new generation of mobile devices are now coming with physical, on-screen navigation keys. But many people prefer the capacitive keys we find on samsung devices, and many lumia devices came with same navigation keys what do you prefer

I see the good in both, it won't be a major selling point for this person.

Although I'd probably lean towards on-screen keys if asked.

My only real complaint about onscreen is that the haptic feedback seems off. I have a dual SIM 640 and 730 I use for travel and both seem that there is a slight delay, while my 920 is just right.
