Mail, Calendar and OneNote can't be opened after update. How can I fix this?

Mail, Calendar and OneNote can't be opened after update

KB3081424. I found the mail app malfunctioning. The app corrupted at inbox. I can't reach any of my emails. at this time, calendar and OneNote was fine. I uninstalled KB3081424 and was able to reach emails, but I could not compose, reply or forward. Everytime when I tried to do these things, the app fell into the state of "no-response". Then I restored the update and found all the 3 Apps not working. When I try to open them, they just stop at their logo page.

Ps: I went to windows store and found the 3 Apps were automatically updated on August 9th.

That's all. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
