I'm unable to cope with windows 10 as it has a mind of its own. I wish to return to Windows 8.1. How can I do this? I would really prefer W7 if that were possible? It's a bad thing that there is no competition for Microsoft windows. Windows 8 and 10 are a complete nightmare for standard PC users

Hey, go to Settings > Update and security > Recovery and then there should be an option to revert. Then choose the reason why you want to revert and then Windows 10 will begin the process.
