Using the JAWBONE ERA on Windows 10 - Speech recognition

My Jawbone ERA is connecting to Windows just fine, but the audio input isn't being picked up. Is there a driver I need to install manually?

(I am using the earpiece correctly, so it isn't a positioning issue with the Jawbone.)
