I'm getting staccato or "machine gun' sound playback on streaming videos on Windows 10. The video is smooth but the sound is terrible. This only started with the upgrade from Windows 7 SP1 to Win10. It appears to be a sound drop off of 20 times per second, good sound, a dead spot the good sound, etc. and ONLY during streaming. The sound is good playing files from the hard disk. I have an i5 750 processor, 4 GB ram and a Creative Audigy 2ZX platinum sound card. I have tried a variety of sample rates from 24 bit 48000 HZ to 32 bit 192000 HZ with no relief. Occasionally the sound playback will fix itself, become normal only to degrade a few minutes later.
