I might be understanding this incorrectly, not certain, but what it sounds like is your drivers for your graphics card aren't compatible with windows 10 If you are using a sony-vaio it won't work until October, but otherwise go to device manager and under display adapters, it'll have the name of your graphics card. Then do a google search for the drivers, legitimate website include amd.com, geforce.com, and intel.com.
