Why are my games crashing?

Why is crashing

since the last week when i try to play heroes of the storm, league of legends or see a movie in vlc the programs crash, even doing a clean install only work for a day after that programs start to crash again, and when a program is givin problem the bar where is cortana lock wierd with the icon of some programs

ah yeah other thing i forgot that only happen on my user on my brother user everything is perfect
