    There are many apps available, and you can find them by searching for "VPN" in the store. I've tried others (can't remember anymore), but Hotspot Shield was the easiest for me to use. Straightforward instructions and it was offered for free (for a limited time). The only downside is that when using a VPN in Windows Phones Microsoft Apps (Weather, News, and the other MSN apps) can't seem to connect to the internet.
