Moving back to windows what to download eg. security?

Hi all, I'm moving back to windows after having a macbook for the last 5-6 years and I really was just looking for tips of what I need to download mainly security wise but also anything else important?
I remember I used to have so much installed it made it run slow but do I still need it all?
I used to have a third party firewall (zone alarm) as well as a antivirus (avg) and an anti spyware (super anti spyware) I also used to have something called CCcleaner.
Is all this security software still necessary? Or would windows defender be okay?
I've read some things about avast and avira if i got one of these would i need a separate anti spyware/malware and firewall or do they do everything nowadays?
Many Thanks,

I wouldn't really bother these days. Windows Defender, Windows Firewall and a bit of common sense is what I use.

Windows does a great job of taking care of itself. The built in anti virus, Windows Defender, is pretty good.
