Lumia 950 worth it?

So I'm considering the 950. My L640 is not that fast for me opening up games. I thought about an 830 or 640 xl but they all have the same processor, so if I were to pick a windows phone that was less money to buy now than the 950, because it's alot, but that would allow me to have a faster game experience, what would my options be? (I have normal female hands lol so despite the power of the 1520 it's not realistic for me unfortunately) our would it be with just plunging for the 950?

As far as I know, the options are either to buy the 950 or wait at least two months. I don't know of a phone with SD 600 series and the only SD 800 series phones I know are the 1520 and the 950s.

In two months hopefully we will find out if there will be some other phones out there. Or maybe a slight price drop on the 950.
