Gestures App for Windows?

Are there any gestures apps for windows phones similar to the jailbreak tweak called activator for iOS? I am contemplating leaving iOS for the windows phone but the gestures available for iOS through jailbreaks are hard to give up.

Nope.

There's nothing built-in, there's no widespread Windows Phone jailbreak that we can play with.

You're gonna have to stick with iOS for that. (or Android, depending)
