I bought my sister a Lumia 520 last year. Its hardware lock button is not responding so we brought it to the repair center (Aikontech here in Philippines) since it is still under warranty. But after waiting for two weeks, they reported to us that the problem is already a board problem and with that they will return the phone. But I think it should be replace with a new one, am I right?
