Many of my apps in phone memory are showing error like - @Microsoft.MicrosoftLumia etc etc . what can I do?

Many of my apps in phone memory are showing error like - @{Microsoft.MicrosoftLumia etc etc ..

the apps wont open.. Some of my settings options also not responding. Please help..

Make a hard reset........it definitely works....as I faced this previously and hard reset works for me

You've installed a buggy-app, that's the reason for this behavior.
