how to restore the apps installed in memory card after hard reset in windows phone??

Hi guys,I recently did a hard reset on my phone. I had all my apps installed on my SD card so I took it out before hard resetting. But after resetting i put the sd card back in and my apps won't show. So I went to settings to turn on save new apps on SD card but I get a message to delete the apps saved on it first. I want those apps because it has some data.. How can i restore those apps?? Help somebody..

You can not restore the apps. The link between the phone and SD card apps was broken because of the reset.
Delete the apps and start over. It has always been this way to prevent sharing SD cards.
