    Is there anyway to change the font for emails in Outlook?

    Yes, you can.

    While composing new email, click the "See more" ellipsis (•••) menu > Format. Here you can select the font of your liking.

    You're most welcome.

    Unfortunately nope, you can't change the default font in the Mail app.
