Let apps use my windows phone

Hallo everybody, does anybody really know what this setting does? If i deactivate it. The camera privacy setting deactivates to. Meaning not even camera software can't access it. So if i activate the camera privacy setting again, let apps use my windows phone activates to. This setting is to be found in settings/privacy/other devices. Windows mobile anniversary update.

just leave it on - I mistakenly switched off the one for camera and camera app couldn't work at all
