    I can no longer sync songs and playlists. I have been using Desktop App for Windows Phone to sync with iTunes, so there are many pieces involved (iTunes, Desktop App for Windows Phone, Desktop computer running W7, Nokia Icon running W10M, Groove Music). The error code is 83000009. Doing an internet search I found others are having the problem, but I didn't find any posts in Windows Central on this issue. I have tried various fixes, but nothing works, it sounds like it may require a bug fix. Is anybody else having this problem? And have you fixed it?

    Nope, but I used a work around;
    -In iTunes, file>export playlist> I send it to my desktop, and save it as an m3u
    -open the playlist using Windows Media Center
    -click the icon in the upper right corner, opening the library
    -in the right pane click sync
    -plug in phone and sync list
    This dumps the music on the phone as songs, but not as a playlist, which Groove will find. In Groove you can go to songs and for Refine select date added and you'll see your playlist music in the order it was in your playlist, play away!
    I'd love to be able to create a playlist in Groove that you could define what goes into it like you can with iTunes or Windows Media Player, this would solve this problem for me.
