Why oh why do I have to use a PC, to transfer photos on Facebook, Whats App, etc?
This isn't something that should happen or is Microsoft trying to alienate the Windows camera users. I use my phone for business photos, and I can't send anything instantly to my customers.
I have used the factory reset twice and still no improvement.
Do I want a new Microsoft phone, again.......I don't think so.... if this isn't resolved soon. Send a fix Microsoft, ASAP. Or you will lose customers as soon as they find out.

What are you trying to do on what phone? You should be able to take a photo and send directly in Whats App etc. I do this on my phone with no issues in the apps I use.
