Windows 8 / RT Apps - Do they ever go on sale?

Hey i was just wondering... do the windows 8 /RT apps ever go on sale?

For example... Rayman Jungle Run on android is .99 cents this week... was hoping to pick it up for my VivoTab RT... but it is still 2.99.

Just wondering if there are sales... and if they are as often as on Android and iOS.

That is all 100% driven by the Publisher/Developer. There is no one answer to that. But there are sales on WinRT apps each and every week.

That got me thinking, is there any app that shows you which apps that are on sale in the store, like Store Deals for WP, but for the windows store?

Yea, I was thinking the same thing, but I have looked and I couldn't find any

I've seen some apps that have in their description "50% off for limited time." Like the other guy said, it's up to the developer. Be since if there was a Special Sale section in the store.

yes you can use the "Apps on Sale" app to see what is on sale now.

yes. even rayman has been on sale a couple of times.
