Tablet or Laptop??

Hi, I currently have a HP Pavilion AMD A8-4500M APU/4GB Ram/Radeon 7640G+7670M Dual Graphics/500GB HDD.

I'm thinking of replacing this laptop with a Windows 8 tablet ranging from 20000k - 30000k INR (roughly not more than 500$-600$)

I have checked out the tablets and though the surface pro2/3 are my best bet they are way out of my budget.

I need advise on the best Windows 8 tablet in the above price range. And whether should I really give up my above laptop for one. I dont' game much on m laptop, its just for microsoft office, torrents, music and videos (lots of videos ;-) )

I need the tablet to have a crisp/clear display and decent speakers with USB support since I will have to store most of my data on an external drive. Please help me to select one, I have narrowed it to Dell Venue Pro 8, Asus Transformer T100 or the original Microsoft Surface.

I don't have experience with any of those, but I did get a Lumia 2520 with keyboard for Christmas and haven't felt the need to turn on my laptop once.

Its also much snappier than my laptop that is a couple years old.
