How can I upgrade my RAM?

ok my laptop is SAMSUNG RV509-

processor :- intel Pentium CPU P6200 @2.13ghz
RAM :- 4.00 GB
system type :- 64-bit OS, x64-based processor

how much RAM can I upgrade up to? I want 8 gb.....
originally when I bought it was 2gb but installed another 2gb RAM....
there are 2 slots both of them have 2gb RAM each.....
so can I replace and upgrade my RAM?
will it support that much of RAM?...

Thing is PC's motherboards usually have their own RAM limits. That's what should be checked. It could be that it only supports 2GB Of ram on each pin/slot and ignores 4GB if it was present.
