A significant amount of source code was leaked recently containing windows 10 builds some of which are for the upcoming windows 10 on ARM. I also read that parts of the driver stack were as well. Some tools for deploying images were also leaked.

I wonder .... can this huge trove of source code and tools be used to breathe new life to old surface RT tablets by frankencoding them to make a windows 10 on ARM image with support for older Nvidia Tegra 3? Or maybe just sneaking in windows 10 on ARM on a samsung galaxy phone.

Is this possible? Am I just so desperate to re-use my RT tablet and get windows 10 on any snapdragon 835 phone by just adding driver support?

Sounds cool and all but I doubt much will come of this.

The days of RT are long over and Android phones are a tough nut to crack. (big issues are locked bootloaders and drivers)

True about most Snapdragon 835 Android phones, but the OnePlus Five is already capable of root access, so there might be something.
