Can Denim software update be installed using mobile data instead of WiFi?

my 620 doesnt allow software update via cellular data even if i have $1 million dollar credits...its system restrictions

No it's not. Even you're on very fast speed data, a more-than 25 Mb update still strictly requires Wifi.

No it is 100 Mb . Less than that you can use both wifi or cellular data. Higher than that wifi only.

In STORE under SETTINGS you can allow updates to be done with wifi only or both wifi/cellular (still 100 Mb limit)
