Where did Block call go?

On my old 520 I could mark a number as Blocked.

On my Blu Jr., I can't seem to find it. I got update-2 a few days back, did that take it away, or what?

OK, well, that sucks. Is there any way to send a call straight to voicemail then?

I just looked but can't find any, but that doesn't mean I looked in the all right places.
