Why does my Windows phone application crash on uploading a large video?

Windows phone application crashes on uploading large video

Hi,

I am developing a windows phone application, there I wants to upload some videos.When I upload a video of size less than 12 MB , it gets upload correctly.But above it, app crashes on Lumia 520 having RAM 512 MB(appmemory allocation 185 MB).How can i overcome it ? also what is the appmemory allocation size for winows phone having RAM 1 GB ? Can anyone help me?
