Which should I get the Nokia Lumia 630/635?

There are so many 1gb ram devices out there in low range.do you think Still Nokia Lumia 630/635 worth buying for bright future? thanks in advance

635 is a great buy in my opinion,if you can get your hands on a 1gb ram model then go ahead,if not then the 512mb model is also great

Yup, I love mine even though it's only 512MB. For $39 you can't beat it!

actually i don't like these 430/435/530/532/535. none of them ..their display quality is horrible.and talking about snapdragon 200 !! oh my god !! this bloody chip can't even play 720p video. and 638 is not available in my country. MS don't maintain update for 638 properly .. still no denim for 638. it is happening in india and i am from Bangladesh.

Got a 635 to try out a while back, and I am impressed.

Not missing the 1 GB of my 920 at all. Performance is about the same, I'm not a huge gamer either.

638 is better for gamers and for bright futures too cause MS is making 1gb ram phones in lowest range too.windows 10 requires 1gb ram for full features to run other than ready for some drawbacks.
