Hi, I figured this would be the appropriate forum to post my question to. I purchased an album off the Xbox music store, but the album would not download, it just giving me weird errors that it could not connect to the store. I let it be for a few hours and came back and it had still not downloaded any of the songs. However when I went to listen to some music, I could play the album. Confused, I went back and cancelled all the pending downloads since I could play the music. Turns out I was streaming the album, and it still had not downloaded. I figured I could go back and download the album since I had already purchased it but apparently I can only buy it again? Is there a way to download what I paid for without purchasing it again?

I've just finished a support call with them and was told that if I'd synced my collection to the cloud I couldn't download music locally to my phone only stream it; suffice to say I'm not particularly happy with this response and I'm waiting for their escalation team to get in touch.
