Xbox Music vs Spotify

I tried Xbox Music at first release and it was miserable compared to Spotify.

That said, I'm on the 10 hour a month thing right now (and 0 on my phone). Can Xbox replace the pieces of Spotify I use:

Mobile playlist downloading for offline access (airplane)
Pandora like shuffling on phone and Surface Pro
Playlists of completely non-owned music (I don't keep my library on my surface pro, and don't want to, spotify made me no longer care about "owning music')
Playlists sharing with other Xbox Music users (don't think it can do this, but would be nice.. great spotify feature)

I hate the Spotify UI in both Windows 8 (on the Surface Pro anyway) and WP8.

Nokia Music should be able to do all this.

Just mixes.

Searching for a song brings you the option of buying.

Nokia Music doesn't compare to Spotify.
