"sorry, we can't play these songs. try searching for other versions" message

When trying to play certain artists that I have uploaded to OneDrive, I get a "sorry, we can't play these songs. try searching for other versions" or a button asking me to purchase them. I tried it on the web player, my Nexus 5, I haven't tried it on my Lumia 640 yet, these aren't DRM protected.
Is this a rights issue, I uploaded the same music to Google Ply Music, and they play without issue. I have a music pass with Xbox, I do not subscribe to Google Play Music.
Is there a way to get to these to play other than a MicroSD card on my Lumia?

Nevermind, I got these same songs to work on my Win 8.1 computer, must be a rights issue on certain devices.
